Import from Oura export
Export your data from Oura (CSV works best; JSON is also accepted), then choose the file here. Matching days fill in automatically and merge with anything already saved.
Import workouts from Strava
Request your Strava export (Settings → My Account → Download or Delete Your Account), unzip it, and choose the activities.csv here. Each workout is added to your schedule on its date as an Exercise event.

Patterns
Not enough data yet
Patterns looks for links between what you do and how you feel — which activities lift your mood, which drain it, how the night’s sleep plays in. To say anything trustworthy, it needs a stretch of journalling to work from.
Keep filling in your morning and evening check-ins and this unlocks on its own.
Coming soon
You have enough journalled days to start looking for patterns. The insights themselves are still being built — check back soon.

Your entries stay readable — nothing is re-encrypted, only the key protecting them is re-locked.
Your entries are encrypted in your browser, so a forgotten password can't be reset away — this key is the only way back in. Save it somewhere safe.
Preferences
Which day the schedule and to-do board begin on. The relative options (today / yesterday / tomorrow) keep the days you care about in view.
Where each day begins on the schedule. Set it later than midnight (e.g. 5am) so late-night hours count as the previous day — a 2am event then shows at the bottom of the night before. Default is midnight.
Show times in 24-hour (military) format — 14:30 instead of 2:30 PM. Off by default.
Light or dark theme. Defaults to your device, remembered here once you choose.
Add, rename, recolor, or remove the categories used across events, to-dos, and goals.
Your data
Download everything to a file, or restore from one. Importing replaces what's currently in the app.
Connect your Google account to sync your calendar with Dayrant. Your events become readable to enable syncing; your journal stays end-to-end encrypted.
In Google Calendar, open Settings › Import & export › Export to download a .zip, unzip it, then pick the .ics file(s) here. Each calendar becomes a category; recurring events (like classes) are expanded. Imported events are added to your schedule — nothing is sent to Google.
Permanently deletes your schedule, journals, goals, to-dos, and rants. This can't be undone.
